Summer 2015

Our rental house in Provo sold and we were given 30 days to move our which happened to be the weekend of Steves graduation. We wanted to stay in Utah so Steve could keep working and also because I was in denial about having to move so we started looking for a rental for the summer. My niece Kim texted me and told me she was living at the cabin in Park City for the summer and that she would love to have company so we should go live with her. Well, we LOVE the cabin and we LOVE Kim so we packed up and stored our belongings in our rental house garage and we couch surfed on Shayla and Kevins couch for a few days until the cabin roads were dry enough to head up the mountain and we moved into the cabin the 1st of May. We took Addi out of school early, but we came back down for the last couple days of school for her.

We would come down from Park City every once in a while to go to doctors appointments or to meet up with friends, to get a Swig, you know the important things.

We LOVED living at the cabin it just always felt like a dream come true. Who gets to live in Park City for a couple of months? The ward we attended quickly made us feel welcome and I made a sweet friend there. We had lots of visitors. The Holiday family did the Wasatch back Ragnar so that weekend we had LOTS (I think there were millions) of people there. It was so great. I love my Holiday in-laws, so it was wonderful to see them. That was probably the best thing about our Park City adventure was the family we were able to be around.
