July 4th & St.Louis

Steve had already headed to Lubbock and the kids and I stayed with Shayla because we were traveling together to go to our parents' house in Colorado. We loaded up our Toyota with the 3 kids and car seats in the back and all our luggage and we hit the open road. It was so fun being able to travel with Shayla and Klayton. We ended up surprising my parents. Addi had gotten really sick the day before, so they told us to wait a day before traveling with her, but I just got antsy and wanted to get the drive over with. We spent the 4th of July at my brother's house in Akron and we had a great time. The kids just swam and played together most of the day. A few days after the 4th, I headed off to St. Louis. My parents and Shayla watched my kids and my sister's kids while we went to our Modern Woodman meetings. It was awesome. I really missed having Steve with me and the kids, but he was in school and the kids were partying with cousins. My good friend from Boise was also at the meetings so it was wonderful to be able to meet up with her and her husband. I enjoyed my meetings and enjoyed the site seeing.
