So I am alone in Idaho while Jillian spends our anniversary in Palm Springs, CA. When I put it that way, it kind of sounds like Jillian went on our anniversary trip without me. Rest assured she is working way more than anyone ever should when they are spending a week in a place like Palm Springs. At least I have Dempsey to keep me company. Oh yeah, and I have the drywall guys, so basically I win.
We finally broke down and tore out the wood paneling in our bedroom and hired these two guys to tape and texture. Pictures to come. I don't think we have pictures of the old room...or of the lovely floral wallpaper that all that gaudy wood paneling was hiding. It's a shame, that wallpaper is vintage 1940's.
