This years Valentines day was a very interesting. Our plan was to go to the Temple after we went to work and then possibly order out some great food and just hang out, which I thought was a great idea until Thursday. Thursday morning I woke up and I felt horrible I had just been hit with a head cold and a ear ache and sore throat, and I felt horrible and then to top it off my stomach started to rumble and I was very nautious. I decided that I needed to go to work because I had the next day off and unfortunately my position it is hard to have unexpected vacations or days off because I always have a busy next day, I just keep a running check list of things I need to get done before our next event, so I went to work and I tried to suffer through the day but about noon I just couldn't concentrate any more so I left for the day and slept until Steve came home. He bought me Pretty Woman edited edition and this really pretty ring I wanted from American Eagle, I got him the Planet Earth book and the new Harry Potter dvd. I really wanted a blizzard and thats the only thing I felt like eating so Steve went out and got us each one and then we watched No Reservations. I had an enjoyable time but I just wish I felt better.
**From Steve: Even though the night didn't go as planned, there is something wonderfully romantic about spending the evening curled up in bed, watching a good movie and just being together!
