When it comes to the Academy Awards, my family (the Holidays) is fanatical, or is it zealous? In any case, we love making a big deal about it, and anyone who know my family knows how much we love competition. Tomorrow night, if you plan on calling us, turn on the TV and make sure the Oscars are on a commercial, because once we get absorbed in the glitz and glamour, the awards and speeches, the film clips and musical numbers, we become escapists from this world, just for a few hours.
Here are my predictions in the major categories. I am going for a couple of upsets, but Jillian and I are excited to see everything unfold.
