Trip to Utah

We loaded up the moving truck on what I swear was the hottest day of the summer. It was the end of July so of course July in Tucson is HOT! We had a lot of people offer to come help us load the truck but we were loading it during the day when everyone works so Steve and I loaded that puppy up and about the point I was wanting to die our awesome neighbor came over and helped Steve get the final things loaded. We also had awesome friends that came and helped us finish the last minute cleaning and our neighbor brought over his carpet cleaner and we slept on the floor that night and Steve got up early and left with the moving truck and the kids and I finished the last minute touches and did the walk through. We said our goodbyes to our neighbors and we were on our way. We made it to Las Vegas and stopped and visited with grandma Horst for a few hours and then we went and stayed the night in a hotel for the night. The next morning we headed out again and made our way to Dad Holidays house and stayed the night with them. Both the kids did amazing on the trip and with all the commotion going on, they were our little troopers.

On August 1st we moved into our house. We moved in site unseen and it turned out ok, it could have been better but it worked out in the long run. We have a cute little home with great neighbors and a great location to campus. We are enjoying Provo and being near Dad and Janice, our nephews and their significant others.
