Fast Friends

Addi and Jace have become fast friends. We don't know if it's the age gap, or that their personalities mesh, but they love being around each other! Jace smiles every time he sees his sister, and Addi is so excited to show and teach her brother new things. Whether they're cuddling in bed, playing with toys, or watching movies or shows on the TV or iPad, they love spending time together!

Jace came home right after Christmas, and Addi was immediately in love:

Addi showed Jace how to work her Violet doll, and then gave it to him to have in his crib to help him go to sleep (he's had it in there ever since!):

When the winter weather is this nice, you get out on a lot of walks, and Addi wasted no time showing Jace how we do things when it comes to walks:

There was no shortage of cuddle time. Jace joined Addi and Daddy for nightly story-time, and his arrival to the group brought a new bedtime song to our playlist--"Take Me Out to the Ballgame".

Games and shows on the iPad. After watching his sister do it so often, Jace eventually began reaching for and touching the screen, too!
