Going home

After deciding not to ever do that long of a trip again alone I decided that Addi and I would stop and stay a couple nights with Courtney and Preston in Alamosa! We were excited to be able to visit them as well as my great friend Krystal, who I grew up with and who is practically my sister, as well as my sweet grandpa. It's always nice to be able to stop and visit where I grew up. Addi spent a lot of time on the 4-wheeler with Uncle Preston and playing trucks with Courtney and Preston. We went and spent the day with grandpa Snuffy and enjoyed visiting with him. I just love being in that home. It was really hard to not have grandma there with us, but I just sat in her chair the whole time and listened to grandpa tell all of his stories from his childhood, the war, and working at public service. I love hearing his stories and being able to know him so well. Driving the 4 wheeler
