Rockin Roosters

Addison has done so well lately and graduated out of the Infant Toddler program of Idaho. She seems to have about a 5 month delay in speech but that was like 2 months ago and she has made HUGE progress in the language department. We love listening to her and trying to understand what she is saying. They recommended we try a pre-school program through BYU-Idaho, and at first I was hesitant because, really, a 2 year old in pre-school????? When I hear that I hear "glorified baby sitting," but this is only once a week for an hour and fifteen minutes. It is really good for Addi to go and play and interact with the teachers and other children. They have a great schedule and it is basically just creative play. Her class is called the Rockin Roosters and the students from BYU-I are so awesome with all the kids. She is growing up so fast. Too fast! I wish she'd just slow down a little.

She loves to read

We went to the zoo after her first day of school

Sometimes I think the only people who call it gloridied babysitting are the ones who either have never had a child in preschool or they have had a really crappy one. Mason has made some huge progress in his preschool too and I am so grateful for their love and care of him. I think Addi will love it.
