Oh what a life

So 2 weekends ago Steve and I made a trip down to Utah to meet up with my sister and her family. Amanda was in town because my little niece Ashlyn started first grade and they wanted to get her school clothes and supplies in Utah where there is a little bit more variety. So we left early Friday morning and met up with Amanda's family in Layton, we went to the Mall, target, old navy and lots of different stores. Steve and I found a pack and play, and a travel system for really cheap at Target so we snagged it up, we decided if we found something we liked better we could always take these ones back. After a long day of shopping we stopped at Hard Rock Cafe and ate dinner. From there we headed to Park City to Steve's brothers cabin, it is becoming an annual trip. It was a lot of fun being at the cabin with family, usually it is just the two of us, so it was nice to have company this time around. The kids loved being at the cabin and so did the adults. Steve's dad and Janice were there so it was a great time to catch up with them as well. We watched lots of Olympics and ate great food. On Saturday we went into Park City and did some site seeing and then went to the Outlets. We went back to the cabin early afternoon and just played outside and enjoyed nature. It was such a great weekend. We are so fortunate that Steve's brother is so kind about sharing his cabin with us. It was a great way to prepare for the next couple weeks we were about to have.

Here are a few pictures of the cabin.
