This past week was Melaleuca's Annual Convention. This year it was held in Salt Lake City Utah which is great because it meant we were only a few hours away from home. I left on Sunday August 17th and came home on Sunday August 24th. It was a LONG week but I thought I handled it pretty well for being 6 months pregnant. I was able to work 97 hours in 1 week!!! I was kind of nervous about that because being in Special Events you are on your feet running around a lot, I wasn't sure how baby was going to handle all of the stress and craziness but she did great! Steve came down on Wednesday for his part in Convention, we didn't see each other much but it was nice when we did finally see each other, he'd always rub my feet which really needed it. He's such a great husband, and he's going to be such a great daddy, he was so excited to see me and baby (belly) on Wednesday, he'd probably kill me for saying this but I think it is cute, he talks to her every night just for a few minutes. Anyways back to Convention, Glenn Beck was the keynote speaker and it just so happened that he came back to our VIP room to take pictures with a few of our employee's and I GOT A PICTURE WITH HIM!!!! YAHOOOOO!!! I was so excited, I didn't look great for the picture but who cares, he gave me a great big hug and he didn't let go so I have a picture hugging him, he wasn't like a celebrity to me just someone that I have a lot of respect for. He gave a great keynote speech, we've been told he is the greatest keynote we've had in about 15 or so years! We also had Patrick Henry Hughes and his father come as well, if you don't know who Patrick is please check out his website he is an incredible person and just gives you such hope and inspiration.
patrickhenryhughesOur last night we have a formal dinner, which some people really go crazy with their dresses and hair and all but being 6 months pregnant I found a cute little shimmery moo moo and called it good. I Sunday I got home a little after noon and then slept a couple hours and then Steve and I just hung out. It is so great to be back home again.
I have to post a picture (it is NOT flattering) because I had a professional make up artist do my make-up and hair and it felt great. By the time I took this picture it was about 1 a.m and I had already changed into my PJ's and was getting ready for bed then I thought Nope, I'm going to get a picture.

Sweet moomoo! You are so freakin cute jill!
I can't believe we missed you when me and Sammie were in Utah...it was a last minute trip for us, so it's hard to plan anything. You look great, can't wait to meet baby...any names yet?
I can't believe Convention has come and gone again!! Holy crap! And I can't believe you got to hug and meet Glenn Beck!!! I am so jealous!! He would be an awesome person to meet! That's so cool that Melaleuca got him to be the keynote speaker! And I LOOOOVE the moomoo!! :)
K, I just have to say, you are cute pregnant lady! I love the dress, where did you get it?
Glen Beck, how cool. I like him too.
We have a few names picked out but we are always looking for ideas. Keep in mind it took us 2 weeks to name our puppy. The names we like so far are Addison, Kennley, Madison, in all honesty we are really stuck.
