Christmas Plans

So while I am on the subject I thought I'd tell you about our Christmas plans. It is the "Holiday's" on year so we will be staying in Idaho for Christmas! I'm sad that I can't be with my family for Christmas but I'm learning how to share families, I'm not perfect yet but I am trying. The Friday before Christmas we will be going to Island Park where Dawn (steve's sister) friends have a cabin that we will be staying at. Here is who will be at the cabin: Steve & I, Courtney, Dawn & Nate and the twins, Blake, Jamie & Sam, Steve's Dad and Janiece and little Nate (steve's youngest brother). This cabin is huge I've been told with a hot tub and lots of snowmobiling trails. I'm excited because we will be coming home on Monday Christmas Eve Day and getting all settled back into our homes and getting ready for Christmas. This is our first year of ever having our own Christmas tree, we usually travel to Colorado or Utah so we never put one up BUT we did this year cause we get stay at our own little house and that is probably what I am most excited for. NO TRAVELING for the Holidays!!! So steve, courtney and I will have our own little Christmas at our house in the morning and then we will head over to the Dawn & Nate's house and spend the rest of the time there with them and the rest of the family. I couldn't think of anything else to update you guys about other than Christmas so there it is.

I wanted to post a couple pictures on here of decorations that I have in my house. The first is an advent calendar that my mom made for us, it is adorable I LOVE IT! It says "Santa Clause is Coming to town" and then it has buttons on a Christmas tree where you hang a little ornament everyday until Christmas. That is my favorite decoration that I have. Thanks mom. The other decoration is a picture that I made at Super Saturday last week. I love it and it wasn't hard to make. I couldn't get the flash to turn off so sorry there is a bright light in the middle of it.

I'm going to try to be better at posting more often but I can't promise anything. I keep pretty busy at work so we'll see.

We are having Christmas by ourselves at out house too and we are SOOOOO excited. It's fun to become a little family and get to make your own traditions.

Your decorations are very cute too... for some reason I couldn't see the cute (sounding) button Christmas tree. But it sounds adorable!
