The Art Of Sleep

Sleeping comes in stages. This is the stage right before we found Addison sleeping on her stomach--her preferred sleeping position.

We do not lay her down at night like this! She will turn and work her way into the corner...


And bury her face so she can peek under her bumper and see the light. She also LOVES to hold onto the bars. This is not limited to her crib. This applies to shopping carts and anything else of the sort.


And she still has to uncover herself before she falls asleep, but we HAVE TO swaddle her so she can escape on her own. She has to feel like she accomplished something in this process.
