We are in the clear to announce that we are expecting!!!! I'm 12 weeks along and ecstatic if you can't tell. Steve and I have been wanting this for a while and we've had to be very patient and now I'm telling the WORLD!!! We had a little scare this morning we went in to hear the heart beat because they weren't able to find it 2 weeks ago, and again they couldn't hear it. I have the most AWESOME Dr. you could ask for, he was so kind and compassionate and Steve and I could tell that he was trying to not get our hopes up so he sent us in for an ultrasound 2 hrs later after he had me consume a ton of water (which was very painful) The ultra sound was great our little peanut is adorable and has 2 legs, 2 arms and a very very strong fast heartbeat and everything measures perfectly. I had 2 different types of ultrasounds just to make certain everything was ok. I had so much fun looking at our baby moving around like crazy, I wanted to see if I could just stay all day and watch it but I thought might be inappropriate. I can already tell that this little guy or girl is going to be stubborn because there is no reason for it to scare us like that.
I want to pay tribute to Steve, I seriously could've never asked for a better supportive husband, nor do I think that I necessarily deserve him, he has been amazing through this whole process. He treats me like a Queen and he is very adamant that I don't lift anything over 25 pounds. He is a truly amazing husband!!
My first trimester has been great the only thing I would change is never to be that tired again in my life. The fatigue is really what got the best of me.
I hope no one minds my selfish blog, I just want to make sure everyone knows how ecstatic we are!! I thank my Heavenly Father everyday that I'm a woman and that I'm able to be a mom!! I really hope that I have the qualities of my own mother she is amazing and I appreciate all the sacrifices she made for me.
I also hope that I can have the qualities of Steve's mom as well, even though I never met her I know everyday that she was truly amazing and she loved each of her kids so much and knew them so well personally.

YEAH!!!! We are so excited for you guys. You and Steve are going to be the best parents! We are glad that things are going better and hopefully you aren't as tired. I think that can be the worst sometimes. Keep us updated.

yipee...things are fine. It is your time to gloat and enjoy it. I just can't wait for you to experience it all. This one and Kennedy will be so close together. I bet they are best of friends already!! Love ya take it easy even though being 9 months pregnant and moving wasn't fun I hope you don't have to do that.

hum...have I already said CONGRATULATIONS?!? Seriously...I am so excited for you guys...I wish this would have happened while we were still there. :( Oh, and Steve...Jillian and baby George (pronounced like "hor-hay") will be just fine lifting over 25 lbs....I don't think you should be so easy on her.
