EEG & CT Scans

We've noticed lately that Addi has been shaking a little and having little episodes of not being herself and just some things that just don't add up. Our babysitter and my sister have also noticed it so we took her in to her pediatrician and he thought they sounded like seizures so he ordered a CT scan and an EEG. We got those tests done yesterday, which was the longest day of our lives. Steve got Addi up at 2:00a.m and fed her and then she had to be fasting until we went in for the testing. Her first test was an EEG where they hook a bunch of sensors to her head to monitor brain waves. That was a failed attempt so we went and got her CT scan, which they strapped her to a board and she screamed until they turned on the cool lights and took her for a ride back and forth on the machine, she loved that part. We fed her lunch and took her back for the test and she fell right asleep and we were able to get the test done in about an hour! We will be going to Primary Children's Hospital on Friday to meet with a Pediatric Neurologist who will hopefully give us some answers! We love our sweet girl and are so sad that she has to go through all of this, but we know that Heavenly Father loves her so very much and we are so LUCKY to have her in our home! Steve and I are so blessed by her sweet little spirit! I know she'll get better and be healthy one day!
